    • 1. What is the cancellation policy for my reservation?

      One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

    • What happens if I cancel late or cannot travel?

      If cancellation occurs after the allowed timeframe, a resort credit may be issued instead of a refund.
      This credit will equal the amount paid and remains valid for 12 months for future bookings.
      Different rules may apply for peak seasons or special promotions.

    • Do I need identification at check in?

      Yes. Guests must present a valid ID (passport or driver’s license) that matches the reservation name.
      The resort may refuse check in if the provided identification does not match the booking.

    • Is the resort smoke free?

      Yes. EVA Resort is a smoke free property.
      Smoking, including vaping, is not allowed in guest rooms or public indoor areas.
      Designated smoking areas are available. Violations may result in fines or cleaning fees.

      Guests are advised to follow resort safety guidelines and use provided safety deposit boxes for valuables.
